I’m Pip, founder of The Chaotic Consultant. I’ve spent over a decade helping businesses CTRL their chaos - managing call centres, scaling a startup to nearly a million users, and working across corporate and startup madness. I know what doesn’t work: working all hours with nothing to show for it, feeling pressured to do things the ‘right’ way instead of your way, and constantly fixing the wrong problems - like efficiency when the real issue is clarity.
When I started my own business, I planned to be a freelance ops manager. What I didn’t expect? The absolute circus of the online business world. Empty courses, overpriced masterminds, and people making you feel like you’re doing it all wrong.
